Subscription and cancellation policies
WHITE FLOW BV ‘THE PLAYLIST’ offers annual subscription plans for various products. These plans include a set product usage entitlement and require an annual commitment. Learn how to manage your subscription, including cancellation, renewal, and billing processes using this guide.
How to cancel a subscription
All of our subscription plans require an annual commitment. Your annual contract starts on the day after you sign up, and ends by your cancellation. After you sign up for a subscription, the payment will take place monthly or yearly like how you agreed, always by automatic incasso. You are responsible for paying subscription and potential overage fees incurred for the entire period– even if you schedule a cancellation during your current term.
All of our subscription plans automatically renew for another 1 month or 1 year term unless you schedule a cancellation to not renew your contract.
If you don’t want to automatically renew, you need to schedule a cancellation of your subscription before the auto-renew date.
To schedule a cancellation of your subscription: send an e-mail to info@wfplaylist.com.
Note
Your payment is non-refundable. Stripe subscriptions are only offered on an annual commitment basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay for the subscription fee and any incurred overage fees through the annual term. We don’t offer refunds (prorated or otherwise) if you cancel before the end of your current term.
THE PLAYLIST subscription fees
As a subscriber to any WHITE FLOW THE PLAYLIST product, you’re responsible for a subscription fee and that covers your use of the product up to your selected product usage entitlement. If applicable, you’re also responsible for an overage fee on any volume beyond your selected product usage entitlement.
All of our subscriptions require an annual commitment. To learn more about these fees, see our pricing.
Product usage entitlements
Product usage entitlement is the designated amount of usage that you selected when signing up for your subscription plan. This is the amount of product usage included as part of the subscription fee you pay. If you go over this amount, you’re subject to overage fees in addition to your subscription fee.
Charge schedule and bills
You’re charged your recurring subscription fee when your subscription starts and again at the start of every subsequent billing period thereafter (this aligns with whichever plan you selected). You’re charged for any overage fees you incurred at the end of the month that you incurred them.
Minimum contractual commitment for subscription-based plans
All our subscription plans require an annual commitment. Your annual contract starts at midnight UTC of the day after you sign up, and ends one year later. After you sign up for a subscription, you’re responsible for paying for this month or year – even if you schedule a cancellation during your current term.
Automatic subscription renewals
All our subscription plans automatically renew on the anniversary date for an additional one-month or one-year term. If you don’t want to automatically renew, you need to cancel your subscription before the auto-renew date by office@white-flow.com.
Accidental cancellations
If you scheduled a subscription cancellation by accident, you can undo this at any time before the contract renewal date.
Changing your plan
You can upgrade your plan at any time. The plan will be effective at the start of your next billing period. For example, if you’re charged on the 15th of every month, and you upgrade your plan on 20 October, the new upgraded price and usage entitlement is applied effective 15 November.
However, you can’t downgrade your plan below your initial subscription plan during the contract period.
Refund policy for pre-paid subscription cancellations
We don’t offer refunds (prorated or otherwise) if you cancel before the end of your current term. We only offer our subscriptions on an annual commitment basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay for the subscription fee and any incurred overage fees.
Taxes on subscription purchases
We estimate the annual taxes to be collected based on current rates at checkout. Taxes and product taxability rates are subject to change. If you don’t see tax at checkout, there might be self assessment requirements in your jurisdiction.
